This class is for all skill levels. That means both beginner and advanced students will be able to hone techniques and learn new ground skills.

New ties and concepts will be presented each class, and depending on a students skill levels, they will focus on learning different elements.

The class will start with teaching and after there will be an open tie for students to practice what they have learned.

It is encouraged that you attend this class with a partner, however those coming solo will still be able to learn and participate.

Bring 6 to 8 pieces of 8 meter rope. The studio also has rope on hand for students.
